Helen E. Nollinger, 88, of Warren, PA. died Tuesday evening, July 16, 2013 at the Warren Manor Nursing Home. She was born March 4, 1925 in Warren, PA. to the late Harold and Ivabelle Churchill Richeal. She was a graduate of Warren High School and was employed with the Warren County School District in the maintenance dept. retiring from there after several years employment. She was of the Methodist faith. Helen was a member of the Lakewood Rod & Gun Club Ladies Auxiliary and the Clarendon Volunteer Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary. She was a active volunteer with Warren General Hospital serving for over 30 years. She enjoyed bowling. She is survived by her 5 children – Dean Nollinger of Dayton, OH., Diane Doon and husband, Mike of Dade City, FL., David Nollinger of Johnstown, PA., Dennie Nollinger and wife, Marcella of Russell, PA., Dudley Nollinger and wife, Cindy of Warren, PA., 8 Grandchildren, 1 Step Grandson and several Great Grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Earl Nollinger whom she married April 23, 1943 in Warren, PA., 1 grandson – James Nollinger, 1 Sister – Janet. A private funeral service will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Warren County Memorial Park. She shared the same spirit of warm welcoming and caring compassion that is the hallmark of the Nollinger family, who always strive to make others feel at home, part of the family.
