Eileen M. Anderson

Eileen Marie Anderson, 86, a resident of Golden Living-Kinzua Valley died there Tuesday morning, January 1, 2013. She was born in Buffalo, N.Y. on July 2, 1926 to the late George and Wilhilmine Struntz Potratz. Eileen was a member of St. Joseph R.C. Church and Catholic Daughters of America.

She is survived by her daughter – Pamela A. Slack of Warren, PA., four sons – Lyle J. Slack (Jane) of Glendale, CA., Dennis Slack (Helen) of Kissimmee, FL., Joseph Slack (Cora) of Warren, PA., Jerry Slack (Helen) of Niles, OH., a half brother, Fred Altreuther of Lawrenceville, GA., 2 Step children, Mary Pat Mulder of Midland, TX., John Anderson of Washington State, 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard J. Anderson who died April 10, 1990 whom she married October 23, 1976, 1 Brother – Robert Potratz.

Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA. on Friday, January 4, 2013 from 6 to 8 P.M. where a vigil service will be conducted at 7:45 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted Saturday, January 5, 2013 at St. Joseph R.C. Church at 10:00 A.M with Fr. Richard J. Toohey, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Warren County Memorial Park.
