Donna and family, I was very sad to learn of Bill’s passing. He has been a friend to me for over 40 years. In high school we became friends, and when he dispatched for Penn DOT,Bill and I became very close. I enjoyed his company and his wonderful sence of humor. I would go to work about an hour early just to visit, and poke fun about him wearing his pajamas to work. Bill was so proud of his family, and often spoke of all of you. Bill will remain in my mind and heart, and I will always treasure his friendship.
Dear Glenn and family, We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Norm and Diane Malnak
Bill will sadly be missed at the YMCA. I appreciated all that he did for the “Y”. I am sorry for your loss.
I wish to express my heartfelt condolences to you and your family at the loss of Bill. I worked with Bill on the PASR Board of Directors. He was very knowledgeable about his work and took his responsibilities seriously. I appreciated his sense of humor as well. Bill will be greatly missed.
So sorry to hear of your loss! My thoughts and prayers are with you during this tough time! Kathy
I first met Bill when I began attending PASR conventions. It didn’t take long to realize what a fine man he was and how dedicated he was to PASR. Most recently I had the pleasure of working with him, planning and carrying out the state convention held in Erie in Oct. Bill attended every planning meeting and was at the convention for the duration, helping to make it the success it was.
It was obvious how much he cared for PASR, his community, and his church. I will miss you Bill. You’ve been a great mentor.
Barbara Mitcho, PASR Region 9 Director
Donna, (I’m the guy from the Erie Chapter who couldn’t remember Bill’s name when I went to introduce him.) We all enjoyed a laugh if you recall – and no one laughed louder than Bill that day.
I extend to you and your family my deepest sympathy. Bill was a good PASR friend and all of us in PASR’s Region 9 will miss him. He served us well over the years and he was a great guy to be associated with. Your children and your grandchildren should always remember him fondly (and I”m sure they will!) and they should be proud to know of and remember the legacy he leaves behind.
I will keep you and your family in my prayers and I will especially remember Bill in my prayers at Mass this Sunday. God bless you all.
Dear Mrs. Miller and Family,
