Ursula Snow Bradley Bowler, 63, of Warren, PA., died Sunday, October 28, 2018 at 5:47 A.M. at U.P.M.C. Hamot, Erie, PA, after a 2 day hospitalization. She was born November 3, 1954 in New Haven, CT. to the late James A. and Joyce Boutillier Bradley. She was a resident of Branford, CT for 26 years and resided the last 22 years in Warren, PA. She had formerly resided in Texas, Alaska, Georgia and Oklahoma before moving to Pennsylvania. Prior to her marriage, Ursula was secretary for 7 years, to a world- renowned architect in New Haven, CT. A stay at home mother for 15 years, then worked as Assistant Manager at the Warren Waldenbooks and Personnel Manager at the Warren Walmart. She finished her career at Blair with their call center. She was of the Protestant faith with a strong faith in God.
To her husband and family, Ursula was a wonderful friend, loving wife and mother. A fierce advocate and fun hunting, fishing and kayaking partner. She was a certified genealogist and skilled researcher, which enabled her to help thousands of people hurt in a fraudulent housing scam in San Antonio, TX. She was a kind and gentle person who was very spiritual, and had a special gift that enabled her to comfort others who were grieving the loss of a loved one. Ursula was raised by the ocean. She enjoyed the ocean and the hills. She also made various crafts that included knitting, beadwork, origami and ornaments. Ursula was greatly loved by her husband, family, relatives and friends, and will be greatly missed by all.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, William “Bill” Bowler whom she married June 2, 1981 in St. George, Utah, 4 Loving Sons – Justin Potter Bowler of Lansing, MI., William Bradley Bowler of Scranton, PA., Nathan Alexander Bowler (Katherine) of Bellefonte, PA., Singen James Bowler of Warren, PA., 2 Brothers – James Bradley of Branford, CT., Donald Bradley of Colchester, CT., 1 Sister – Rachel Ryan of Warwick, RI,, 3 Grandchildren – Callista, Finn and Lachlan, several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Friday, November 16, 2018 from 6 to 8 P.M. at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc, 304 East Street, Warren, PA, where a Celebration of Ursula’s life will be conducted Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. with family friend, Rev.
