Ruby C. Cataldo, 88, of N. Warren, PA., died Thursday, August 25, 2016 at her residence. She was born February 12, 1928 in Oil City, PA. Ruby was the daughter of Howard and Nolene Davis Reninger. She has resided in Warren, PA., since 1962 and was a former resident of Kinzua and Custer City, PA. She was a 1946 graduate of Bradford High School and was owner and operator of Cataldo’s O’l Barn and Cataldos Farm in Sugar Run, Kinzua, PA.

Ruby was a member of St. Joseph R.C. Church where she had served as a church greeter. She was a member of Exchange Club of Warren, American Legion Post 135 Ladies Auxiliary. Her greatest joy in life was her family.

She is survived by her children – Christine Cataldo of Warren, PA., Santa D’Agostino and husband, David of Marilla, N.Y., Frank (Cheeky) Cataldo of Warren, PA., David Cataldo of Hardeeville, S.C., 1 Sister – Carolyn Neel of Riverside, CA., 11 Grandchildren – Kimberly Rickman of Pittsburgh, PA., Nicole Rath of Wilton, CT., David D’Agostino of Victor, N.Y., Kirsten Nelson of Glenshaw, PA., Jena Seymour, Kelly Medure, Dr. Michael Meneo, Katelyn Cataldo all of Pittsburgh, PA., Carly Cataldo of Warren, PA., MacKenzie Cataldo of Poland, OH., Drew Taylor of Philadelphia, PA., 17 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Charles M. Cataldo whom she married September 21, 1947 in Bradford, PA., who died May 22, 1990, 1 Son – Charles J. Cataldo who died February 6, 1997, 4 Brothers – Haven, Tom, Gail and Howard Reninger, 2 Sisters – Lee Garcia and Shirley Peters.

Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA., on Sunday, August 28, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. where a vigil service will be conducted at 1:45 P.M., Sunday.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at St. Joseph R.C. Church, 600 Pennsylvania Avenue West, Warren, PA., on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. with Fr. Richard J. Toohey, Pastor. Interment will be in St. Joseph R.C. Cemetery.
