Mark Ross Bevevino, 83, of Warren, PA., and formerly of Nokomis, FL, died Thursday evening, August 18, 2016 at the John and Orpha Blair Hospice Home after an illness since April 2016.

He was born March 2, 1933 in Warren, PA.  Mark was the son of Joseph Anthony and Jane L. Lytle Bevevino.  He was a lifelong Warren area resident and a 1951 graduate of Warren High School. He attended for 2 years at Penn State Behrend and then went into the U.S. Army.  He was a member of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Warren Elks Lodge, Warren Moose Lodge 109, American Legion Post 135, and Cable Hollow Golf Course.  Mark was an avid hunter, golfer and card player. He was a man of great character with a sense of humor to the very end.

He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Frances Gruttaria Culbertson Bevevino whom he married April 8, 2000 at St. Joseph R.C. Church, Warren, PA., 2 Sons- Randal Bevevino and wife, Terri of Clarendon, PA., Ross Bevevino and wife, Ginny, 1 Daughter – Rebecca Lynn Crossley and husband, David, 3 Stepsons – LaMonte D. Culbertson, John F. Culbertson and wife, Shelly all of Warren, PA., Frank J. Culbertson of Myrtle Beach, S.C., 2 Stepdaughters – Retired Chief Petty Officer, Linda J. Alvers and husband, Carl of Williamsburg, VA., Lisa Culbertson of Warren, PA., 1 Sister – Abigail A. Wolfe of Warren, PA., 2 Brothers – Frank H. Bevevino and wife, Carol, Joseph B. Bevevino and wife, Beth all of Dallas, PA., 10 Grandchildren, 4 Step Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, 2 Step Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Charlotte C. “Sherry” Churchill Bevevino who died January 14, 1998, 1 Son – Robin Bevevino who died November 27, 2014, 1 Brother – David L. Bevevino.

Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA., on Sunday, August 21, 2016 from 4 to 6 P.M. directly followed by a Memorial Service by Fr. James Gutting, Pastor of Holy Redeemer R.C. Church, officiating.
