Margaret Wilson died peacefully on Wednesday, November 09, 2016 at her residence, Watson Memorial Home, Warren, PA. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Alice Hefren Wilson of Clarendon, PA.

Margaret made her home there until 1950 when she moved to Washington, D.C. where she resided until 1973. From then until 2006, when she returned to Warren, she taught the hearing-impaired in several states and retired in 1989 from Clarke School for the Deaf in Northampton, MA. Possessing a deep love of children, she particularly enjoyed working with the staff, volunteers and especially the children at St. Joseph’s School.

She is survived by her sister – Janice Wilson, two nephews and two nieces and their children, many cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers – Robert, Paul in infancy, and Thomas Wilson, one sister – Marcella Flynn and one niece.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Redeemer Church, 11 Russell Street, Warren, PA., on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. with Fr. Richard J. Toohey, Pastor of St. Joseph R.C. Church, officiating. Entombment will be in the Mausoleum of the Ascension in St. Joseph R.C. Cemetery. Memorial remembrances may be made to the Holy Redeemer Church Building Fund or St. Joseph Church Educational Center Fund.
