Eugene P. Pesko, of Warren, PA., died Wednesday afternoon, April 17, 2019 at Allegheny Health Network, St. Vincent Hospital, Erie, PA., after a brief illness. He was born in Warren, PA., to the late John and Anna Pesko. He was a lifelong Warren area resident. Eugene was a graduate of Warren High School. He had served with the U.S. Army as a private first class during the Korean War. He was employed as warehouse manager with. Solar Electric and Phillips Lighting, retiring from there after many years employment. He enjoyed traveling to New Mexico, Key West, FL and Nashville, TN. Eugene was an avid sports enthusiast, especially football and the Pittsburgh Pirates.
He enjoyed his Pomeranian dog and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Pesko, 1 Sister – Kay Pesko of Warren, PA., several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 Brothers – Francis, John and Mike Pesko, 3 Sisters – Genevieve Houghton, Marian Sanden, Sophia Yaggie.
A private funeral service will be conducted at the convenience of the family by Rev. Marcus Briggs, Retired Minister, officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph. R.C. Cemetery.
