Dorothy “Dot” Onoratti, 82, of Warren, PA., died Friday morning, February 8, 2019 at UPMC Hamot, Erie, PA., after an extended illness.  She was born December 11, 1936 in Weedville, PA. to the late Gilbert and Alice Trumbull Smith.  Dot was a Warren area resident since 1985 and formerly of Sinclairville, NY.  She was a 1955 graduate of Jay Township High School of Weedville, PA.

She was a prep cook at her son’s restaurant, Peppermill for 25 years.  She loved music and her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Earl F. Onoratti whom she married in 1957 in Winchester, VA., 1 Son – David Onoratti and his companion, Nancy Farnham of Warren, PA.,

4 Siblings – Edith Goulding of Sinclairville, N.Y., Gilbert Smith, Jr.  of Weedville, PA., Bill Smith and wife, Carolyn of Brockway, PA., Roseann Morris of Weedville, PA., 4 Grandchildren – Mike Onoratti, Tiffany Waddle and husband, Wade, Angela Onoratti and fiancé, Ken Seyler and Andrew Onoratti, 3 Great Grandchildren, Olivia & Keith Waddle, Nash Seyler, several nieces and nephews.
